Due:

How many completed pieces do you have? How many are in-progress? Are they uploaded to your site? Do you have ideas for pieces to finish out your portfolio?
Please respond by 3:30 to be marked present.
Due:
Create and artwork, or evaluate one of your existing pieces, that uses one or any combination, of the techniques in the depth notes. In a google doc, insert a picture of your artwork. Then explain in a brief paragraph how the work uses one or more of the techniques to show depth. Describe which part of the picture is in the foreground, middle ground, and background. Also describe what is the main subject of the piece and how you have emphasized the subject over everything else.
Due:
This is where you will send a new link to your Google Site or turn in a google slides presentation of your completed 2nd quarter portfolio
Due:
Please answer this by 3:00 today for attendance purposes.
Due:
Hello, please refer to the web page for the composition examples. Choose one type of composition that you have used in your work and explain how you meet that composition. It would be very helpful if you could send your photo and use ms paint or something like that to diagram on your photo the balance line, or grid, that you used to determine the composition.
Due:
If you are unsure how to answer, please reply with your question as I am sure other people will have that question too!
Due:
Post a link, or photo, of a tree design you like and want to try painting for this project.
Due:
Please mark this as turned in when you complete your site for me to score. I have the links you sent earlier so no need to re-send them unless you want to.
Due:
If I need to get stuff for you please let me know where to find it as well. I know I have a number of cartoons that were turned in so just say Cartoon/turned in. Or if it's pop art tell me if it's in your art drawer (hopefully labeled or you can describe which drawer to look in). If I don't need to pick up anything you don't need to answer. Thanks
Due:
I hope you are getting more comfortable with the idea of sharing your work and posting it digitally. It seems like an easy task, but does take some bravery to put your stuff out there to be judged.
Due:
Please take some time to work on your portfolio for the next couple of days. The end of the quarter is quickly approaching!
Due:
Please let me know where you are in terms of production for your portfolio. It's hard to get a read on where everyone is because, honestly, I haven't seen much work going on. But the end of the quarter is fast approaching so we have to get in gear. Thanks, answer by 3:30 for attendance please!
Due:
Please post an idea or two that you have to guide your portfolio. We will start to develop our guiding questions early this year in hopes that it will help your overall scores.
